Marbled Cake - Ketogenic and Low Carb

The marbled cake is a two-tone cake that is excellent as a dessert or for breakfast. This reinterpretation of the marbled cake contains neither flour nor sugar, making it low carb, ketogenic and gluten free.

Directions

    In a bowl add the eggs and beat them until the mixture is smooth.

    Add the almond flour, coconut flour erythritol, stevia and half of the cream (50g) and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.

    Separate the mixture into 2 parts.

    In one part, add the remaining cream and cocoa powder. Optionally it is possible to add about ten drops of chocolate stevia.

    In a rectangular pan add alternating the white mixture with the chocolate one.

    Bake in a static oven at 350° (180° celsius) for about 45 minutes.
