Marbled Cake - Ketogenic and Low Carb

5 eggs
200g of almond flour
30g of coconut flour
100g of heavy cream
135g of erythritol
20 drops of liquid stevia
50g of butter
15g of cocoa powder

In a bowl add the eggs and beat them until the mixture is smooth.

Add the almond flour, coconut flour erythritol, stevia and half of the cream (50g) and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.

Separate the mixture into 2 parts.

In one part, add the remaining cream and cocoa powder. Optionally it is possible to add about ten drops of chocolate stevia.

In a rectangular pan add alternating the white mixture with the chocolate one.

Bake in a static oven at 350° (180° celsius) for about 45 minutes.
