Almond milk - Sugar-free and ketogenic
Almond milk is a great substitute for traditional milk, not only for those on the ketogenic diet, but also for anyone who wants to cut down on dairy products in their diet. This homemade recipe does not involve the use of sugar, but is sweetened with stevia to reduce the amount of carbohydrates.

100g of peeled almonds
1l of water
20 drops of liquid stevia
1/2 vanilla bean (optional for vanilla flavoring)

Put the peeled almonds and water in a blender or food processor and blend for about 2 minutes.

Filter everything in a saucepan.

To flavor and sweeten the milk, add the liquid stevia, and optionally the vanilla, and simmer for a few minutes.
Leave to cool for a few minutes in the refrigerator and then strain the milk again into a glass bottle.
