Chocolate Chip Cookie - Ketogenic and low carb
Ketogenic, low carb and gluten free chocolate chip cookies.

200g of Almond flour
100g of Erythritol
5 drops of Vanilla stevia
1 egg
20g chocolate chips (extra dark)
1 pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 350° (180° celsius)

Create an almond butter by mincing the farina di mandorle for 2-3 minutes.

Combine the almond paste with the rest of the ingredients (except for the chocolate chips).

Add the chocolate chips to the mixture.

Separate the mixture into about 12 parts and mash them to give the shape of a biscuit on silicone mats or baking paper.

Bake the biscuits at 350° (180° celsius) for about 12 minutes.
