Hot chocolate - Sugar-free ketogenic
Hot chocolate is the ultimate comfort food on cold winter afternoons. This version of hot chocolate does not use sugar, but rather erythritol and stevia to sweeten without adding carbohydrates, making this recipe suitable for the low carb and ketogenic diet.

200g of sugar-free almond milk
20g of Cocoa paste
10 days of Cocoa powder
35g of Erythritol
5g of Inulin
10 drops of Chocolate Stevia
1/2 teaspoon of Xanthan gum

In a saucepan, add the almond milk with the cocoa mass and mix over medium heat until the chocolate has melted.

Add the rest of the ingredients: cocoa, erythritol, stevia, inulin, xanthan gum and put back on the stove until you get a thick and creamy mixture.
If there are any lumps, use a sieve to filter the hot chocolate.
